Tender description

The Police Service of Northern Ireland, Transport Services Branch (TSB) has identified a need for the supply and maintenance of an aircraft tow truck to facilitate the movement of its fixed wing Britten Norman Islander and Britten Norman Defender aircraft to and from its hangar to the airport apron. The tow truck will be used daily at the start of the PSNI ASU shift to position the aircraft on the airport apron and at the end of the shift to place the aircraft back in the hangar. During the day the tow truck will be used during the initial start up of the aircraft and could be used on several occasions (normally 3) for ground handling duties.
