Tender description
Provision of catering equipment to kit out both catered and self catering kitchens to ensure that the Officers and staff can self prepare meals, if required. Also catering equipment is required for Custody Suites so that detainee meals can be prepared in a manner which complies with the respective Food Safety Legislation.
