PSNI - SEAPARK – PROVISION OF AN EXHIBITS TRANSIT BOXES STORE & WASH FACILITY

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Seapark PSNI Station, 151 Belfast Road, Carrick and include: •Construction of new storage & Tray wash building having traditional masonry cavity walls, mono pitch insulated roof with integrated roller shutter doors. • Electrical works consist of mains distribution, general electrics, Lighting, specialist data & communications. •Mechanical works consist of general plumbing works, gas boiler within associated automatic controls (BEMS) •Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent. Mechanical Sub Contractor/Gas Boiler Contractor – to be Gas Safe accredited or equivalent. •The contract period will be approximately 16 weeks.
