Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Seapark PSNI Station, 151 Belfast Road, Carrickfergus and include: Construction of small steel framed extension to existing structure, 215mm external & internal walls, new pre-cast concrete subfloor and flat build-up felt roof structure. Mechanical & Electrical alterations to existing systems to include installation of new lighting, general power and underfloor heating systems. Supply and installation of new automated steel shelving. • Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent.
