Tender description

The objective of the procurement is to appoint a Service Provider to: (1) design and administer an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Police Service of Northern Ireland. This process must produce a precise number of police trainees to an agreed standard at a predetermined time. These trainees in turn will be responsible for delivering a high quality police service to all the people of Northern Ireland. (2) work in partnership with the PSNI on an effective outreach strategy, to ensure policing as a career opportunity is positioned appropriately, and actively encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates, particularly those in minority or under-represented groups. (3) provide an outsourced recruitment function that is cost effective and can demonstrate VFM.
