Tender description
PSNI wish to deliver a cultural audit throughout the organisation. The purpose of the audit is to inform training and policy development issues identified as being needed to ensure that the culture of the organisation is "fit for pupose" in order to deliver a policing service as envisaged by the Patten Report (1999). The intention is to discern the attitude of staff towards the organisation that they work in.
