The Project is for the provision of the new PSNI Downpatrick (Area Command Unit - ACU) Police Station comprising the construction of a 3 storey main building (approx 2772m2), a single storey external Stores/ Garages Block (190 m2), a single storey Energy Centre building (174 m2), a single storey Gate House (90m2), perimeter walls/fences, site works, including up to 154 parking spaces, access roads, landscaping etc. The accommodation will incorporate standard office type accommodation for individuals and groups, public reception facilities, briefing rooms, technical areas, catering facilities, locker facilities, recreation facilities, storage, circulation and other ancillary/services accommodation.
