Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Planned and Reactive Pest Control Services. •The Regular Service is for the control of feral rats and mice and crawling insects by frequent sites visits to lay, service, replenish and monitor internal and external bait stations. The frequency of these visits will vary according to the pest population but it should be noted that this service is to be priced on an all-inclusive basis no matter how many visits are required. Bait boxes should be tamper resistant. Also included in the Regular Service is the maintenance of a variety of different types of electrical machines for the destruction of flying insects and these are mainly situated in kitchens. •The provision of a Reactive Call-Out Service to cater for ‘one off’ ad hoc eradication works which are not included in the Regular Service that may arise from time to time. •The contract will be for a period of three years with the possibility of two times one year extensions which will be at the Client’s discretion. •Applicants responding to this PQQ should satisfy themselves that they are prepared to work within the PSNI estate and will be further required to pass security check procedures prior to any contract award.
