PSNI - Lislea Drive Replacement Fence and Removal of Existing Sangar

The Contract is for the provision the works to Lislea Drive as listed below; - Demolish existing Sangar, dispose off site and make good all surfaces disturbed - Remove redundant front gates & dispose off site - Remove existing dilapidated chain link fencing & dispose off site - Remove/retain existing CFV fencing & provide temporary screened fencing - New low level rendered block wall and cover from view (CFV) panels - New 4 m high CFV fencing topped with razor wire (to selected areas) - New Ibex High Security weldmesh fencing minimum 3 m high (to selected areas) - Alterations to existing gates – automated, locks, bolts & clad with CFV material minimum 4m high, controlled from rear gatehouse - Form fenced Tower Compound - Below ground Power & IT Ducts with access manholes and provision for future installations - New Switchgear, Feeder Pillars, Sub Mains Cabling, Cisco switches, Wiring, Fittings, Photocells, Time Clocks, Cabinets, Containment & Labelling for CCTV, External Lighting and Communications. - Trace, Test & Identify existing circuits and alter as necessary to remain operational. • The Contract period is 20 working weeks • Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited.
