PSNI -Lislea Drive PSNI Station Construction of a New Two Storey Structure (B3)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Lislea Drive PSNI Station, Lislea Drive, Belfast, and include. Construction of new steel framed two storey detached purpose built structure (1710m2) comprising a 200mm thick reinforced concrete roof and a combination of 200mm thick precast and 250mm in-situ reinforced concrete external walls with an outer cavity leaf of rendered blockwork. This will involve the provision of new external BRG windows and doors with the construction of new internal partition walls and the provision of internal doors and new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Electrical works will include new switch boards and general power circuits, new lighting, data, telephone, CCTV, intruder and access control systems Mechanical works will include new heating system and LPHW system, air conditioning & ventilation units, building energy management controls, general plumbing and new sanitary equipment throughout The building is to be located on a Brownfield site. Works will comprise new below ground drainage systems, resurfacing (bitumen & concrete), kerbing and trenching works for services ducts. • Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NIEIC accredited or equivalent, Mechanical Sub Contractor to be Gas Safe registered or equivalent. The contract period will be approximately 40 weeks
