PSNI -LADAS DRIVE PSNI STATION-SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF A SECTIONAL BUILDING(B2)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Ladas Drive PSNI Station, Belfast and will include. •Demolish and remove off-site 3no portable buildings, including foundations. •Supply and installation of a 2 storey pre-fabrication sectional building with integral masonry lift and staircase structure, including construction of foundation system. •Formation of access steps, footpaths, hard standing areas and associated car parking & drainage works. •Electrical works will consist of mains and sub-mains distribution equipment, general power, LED Lighting, fire and refuge alarms, intruder and access control systems, specialist data & comms, CCTV installation and new 630kg 2-storey passenger lift. •Mechanical systems will consist of a new LPHW system, gas boiler with BEMS control, ventilation & air conditioning system and general plumbing works. •Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent. Mechanical Sub Contractor/Gas Boiler Contractor – to be Gas Safe accredited or equivalent
