PSNI-Inspection,Service,Mechanical and Electrical Repairs of PSNI Fleet Vehicles

Tender description

The PSNI Transport Services Branch (TSB) currently has a fleet of approximately 2,300 vehicles. To support TSB in the maintenance of this fleet approximately 2000 services and 1000 mechanical repairs are currently outsourced annually. This may however be subject to change. Further details of the manufacturer types and models are contained within the specification for this Contract. This fleet is constantly being reviewed and therefore the information provided in relation to the breakdown of the types and models within it is subject to change. TSB require to establish call-off contractual arrangements in order to support its in-house maintenance operations. These contracts will be used when TSB do not have sufficient internal resource capacity, for the inspection, service, mechanical and electrical repairs of Armoured Vehicles, Softskin Vehicles, Large Goods Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, Motorcycles, Quads and Mechanical Shovels (Vehicles). Please note that as this is a support service for the TSB current operation it is not guaranteed that work will be required on all vehicle manufacturer types or models throughout the duration of the Contract. TENDERERS MUST ACCESS ITT_14174 AND DOWNLOAD THE AVAILABLE ATTACHMENTS WITHIN IT IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE A RESPONSE TO THIS COMPETITION.
