Tender description

Scheme comprises the taking down & disposing off site 3Nr. two storey buildings (Blocks A, F, & K) and 1Nr. single storey building (Block Y). Two storey blocks comprise a mixture of steel & concrete framed structures with block/masonry infill and a combination of flat & pitched roofs. Single storey block is of traditional construction with a combination of brick & block with cavity between and a slate covered pitched roof over. All buildings, foundations, annexes, etc. including all M&E installations to be fully disposed off site and the ‘footprint’ built up with hardcore and finished with a top coat to match levels and surface finish of existing hard-surfaced areas adjacent. The contract period will be approximately 12 weeks.
