PSNI ESBU - Clogher PSNI Station - Provision Of A Property Store (B1)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Clogher PSNI Station, 13 Main Street, Clogher and include: Refurbishment and alteration of existing office accommodation. This will involve demolition of existing walls, construction of new partition walls, replacement of internal doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Electrical works involve replacement of general power circuits, lighting, fire & intruder alarms, telephone and data installation to suit internal layout changes The contract period will be approximately 12 weeks. Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent.
