PSNI - Dungannon PSNI New Pitched Roof (B1)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Dungannon PSNI Station, 1 Quarry Lane, Dungannon and include: Construction of a new pitched roof structure using lightweight steel support trusses over clad with PPC Aluminium Panels to existing building. This will include cleaning down existing flat roofs, removal of concrete copings, alteration of existing door and roof lights and installation of new rainwater gutters & downpipes connected into existing storm system. Mechanical installation will include relocation and replacement of existing air conditioning condenser units, extension of existing chimney flues and Soil Vent Pipes. Electrical installation will include provision of new lightning conductors, extension of existing site fire alarm system to provide detection within roof voids and installation of new lighting within roof void. Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent. The contract period will be approximately 18 weeks.
