PSNI Catering Contract

Tender description

The PSNI has a continuing business need to provide catering and vending services to officers and staff across a number of key identified locations, with the ability to escalate such services to meet complex operational Policing demands. At present there are 26 restaurants within the Police Estate, as detailed within Specification Appendix 1. Their location is distributed accordingly throughout the PSNI District and Headquarter sites. Within each District structure there is a dedicated Business Services Team who is responsible for on-site management. Catering Services within the PSNI include: • On-site Staff Restaurant Services; • Hospitality; • Detainee Meal Provision; • Student Meals; • Operational Catering; and • Vending Services.
