PROJECT 1798 / PU173.1.1 / PSNI CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF ANIMALS SEIZED IN THE COURSE OF INVESTIGATIONS INTO CRIMINAL ACTS, AND FOUND ANIMALS The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) wishes to identify and appoint, by means of competitive tender, a Service Provider to manage the care of animals seized in the course of investigations and related activities. Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of its Client – the Police Service of Northern Ireland - invites you to tender for the above project. The tender is for Part B Services as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as Amended). Tenderers should read the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ carefully and ensure that sufficient time is allowed to submit your Tender before the deadline. In order to submit your response via eSourcing NI you are required to click 'My Response' in the menu box on the left hand side of the screen and then click on ‘Create Response’ to answer the on line questions and upload attachments where appropriate within the Qualification, Technical and Commercial Areas. These responses can be retracted and re-submitted any time before this closing date. Once you have entered your response and attached all the requested documents, you must click ‘Submit Response’. Please note that documents must be formally submitted prior to the closing date in order to be evaluated. The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 11am on Tuesday 13th December 2011. The closing date for requests for further information relating to the contract documents is 5pm on Monday 12th December 2011. Central Procurement Directorate is not obliged to accept the lowest or any Tender. Late Tenders will not be considered.
