PRP Framework for Design Team Consultancy Services (Adult Mental Health Unit)

Tender description

The contracting authority – namely the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (BHSCT), hereinafter referred to as the Client, is seeking to engage a multi-disciplinary design team to provide consultancy services under a Performance Related Partnering (PRP) Framework. The initial project for this Framework Agreement will entail a service contract for duties in connection with the design and delivery of a new Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit at the Belfast City Hospital Site, Belfast (current works/construction costs estimate: £21,508,090 @ MIPS 535 4th quarter 2014 prices). The Framework will be of 4 years duration and may include further projects, subject to: the Trust’s capital planning and programme; appropriateness for inclusion under this Framework; timing/timescale; project funding; and satisfactory performance of the successful Team.
