Tender description

Provision of Sterile and Decontamination Services for Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford. The service will include the comprehensive provision of sterile services and other decontamination services, including the cleaning of surgical/medical instruments/devices and equipment within facilities operating to all current relevant Medical Device Directives and Health Technical Memorandum standards including (93/42/EEC). The service will also include the collection/delivery and processing of surgical instruments and packs to departments within the Trust and the provision of associated support services and supplies.
