Tender description
The Arts Council is committed to being well informed and evidence based in its decision making, its policy development and its advocacy and advice. Overall responsibility for research sits within the Strategic Development Department of the Arts Council. The Arts Council has developed a ‘research framework’ but is seeking to develop this further and to embed its implementation within the organisation. While a framework has been designed the Arts Council needs to do further work to develop, implement and embed it into the internal working practices and culture of the organisation. It is in this context that the Arts Council is seeking research advisory and support services.
