Project_3942 / itt_6677 – DSD – PROVISION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT AND PROFESSIONAL CHARTERED SURVEYING SERVICES FOR THE CATHEDRAL QUARTER MANAGED WORKSPACE BUILDINGS The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of the Department for Social Development (DSD), is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of property management and chartered surveying services for the following 3 Managed Workspace Buildings: • 109-113 Royal Avenue; • 23-25 Donegall Street/1-3Exchange Place; and • 42 Waring Street (Cotton Court). The services have been divided into 2 sections, namely: core services required in respect of the day to day management of the Managed Workspace Buildings and professional chartered surveying services required by DSD i.e. letting of vacant units, the negotiation of leases, provision of advice on property market etc. Please ensure you download all buyer attachments by clicking on 'Attachments' on the left hand side of the page.
