Provision of Plumbing Supplies

Tender description

Translink requires a contractor to offer a delivery / collection service of plumbing supplies within 2 hours of Translink having placed the order, to the Property Maintenance Department, located at 3 Milewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9BG, which maintains all building assets over the three operating companies; NIR , Ulster bus & Metro, as well as NITHC. The company portfolio of buildings is over 400 In addition to the supply of the plumbing materials, it is expected that the successful contractor takes responsibility for all the services in relation to this Supply contract. This will include - appointing a dedicated contact within your company to oversee the contract and ensure smooth continuity of agreements/ amendments as required ensuring any changes or amendments (after the contract has been awarded) are forwarded, agreed and signed off by the contract Procurement Project Advisor / Buyer ensuring that the contract order number is quoted on each invoice (invoices without the contract order number may not be processed by Translink) ensuring all delivery documents (quoting contract order number and Cost Code which will be supplied at time of order) and these are signed at the delivery site by a Translink Manager/Supervisor or Depot Engineer and a copy is attached to the invoices sent for payment communicating as soon as possible with the Procurement Project Advisor / buyer if any contract issues arise meeting with the Procurement Project Advisor / buyer on a regular basis to report the progress of the contract and discuss any issues
