Provision of Plumbing and Heating Services Translink seek to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to support their existing in-house plumber. This contract is a multi site 24/7 contract looking after approx 148 sites and 300 buildings of various size and complexity throughout the Translink/NITHC network. Response requirements are as follows - 1.Emergency – attended to within 4 hours & fixed if possible if not made safe then repaired as soon as is practicable 2.Very Urgent – attended to within 24 hours & fixed if possible if not made safe then repaired as soon as is practicable 3.Urgent – attended to within 7 days & fixed if possible if not made safe then repaired as soon as is practicable 4.Routine – completed within 60 days PLEASE NOTE THE PQQ RETURN DATE OF 1500 HOURS ON THURSDAY 1st JULY 2010
