Tender description

Translink, comprising of Northern Ireland Railways, Metro, and Ulsterbus is the all embracing title for the integrated public transport operations in Northern Ireland, otherwise known as the contracting Authority Translink operates a fleet of over 100 Ulsterbus Goldline coaches. The Ulsterbus Goldline network links the majority of large towns and cities across Northern Ireland. It carried over 2.8m passengers in the 09/10 financial year and lifted almost 3m passengers in 10/11. Translink requires a competent contractor(s) to provide onboard Wi-Fi technology and capability on up to 105 coaches, with the option of a further 119 vehicles.
