Provision of Minor Mechanical Works in Northern Sector

Tender description

The Project is for the provision of The Provision of Minor Mechanical Works within Facilities in the Northern Sector of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. The Northern Sector encompasses all Trust facilities in the postcode areas BT 42, 44, 45, 46, 51, 52, 53, 80 including Causeway, Robinson, Dalriada, Moyle(Larne) and Mid Ulster Hospitals. The contract includes minor mechanical works and reactive maintenance orders up to a maximum value (per order) of £30k and will be measured from the current edition of the PSA Schedule of Rates for Mechanical Works. The contract will run for a period of 3 years with an option to renew annually thereafter and by mutual consent for a further period of 1 year. As well as fulfilling the selection criteria stated elsewhere within the PQQ documentation, the Contractor will be required to demonstrate that they are registered with HM Revenue & Customs, have been issued with a Unique Tax Reference (UTR) number and VAT registration number. For clarification, where Contractors are required to be “active” status on Construction Line, this will mean that they have registered status with Construction Line. Those Contractors expressing an Interest in this Contract who have been termed “suspended” or “inactive” status (by Construction Line) will not be short listed
