Tender description

The British Broadcasting Corporation, through BBC News, publishes a wide range of financial market data on a variety of broadcast, online and mobile platforms to both UK and international audiences. We are inviting tenders to supply market data and market data graphics using a delivery solution that integrates with our multi-platform publishing systems. The data feed must to be secure, accurate and reliable, needs to be able to cope with required volume of data and must be suitably resilient against component failure. The supplier must have such infrastructure to provide high-level support for these broadcast-critical data feeds. The data feed will carry a wide range of data sets from financial markets and stock market index providers around the world; the range of required data set is similar but not limited to the data displayed on this section of the BBC News website.
