Tender description

The University of Ulster (hereby referred to as the University) wish to appoint a company to provide Maintenance of Automatic Door Systems. This contract is for all the automatic door systems across the University’s four Campuses – Belfast; Coleraine; Jordanstown; and Magee. The University has a number of different automatic door systems within its four campuses – Besam; Boon Edam; Dorma; Ditec; and Gezee. The University requires these to be kept in working condition to allow the circulation of staff; students; and visitors in/out and within its buildings. This contract is an all-inclusive contract for the maintenance and servicing of all automatic door systems within the four University Campuses – Belfast; Coleraine; Jordanstown; and Magee. This all-inclusive contract includes for all breakdown callouts; repairs; all replacement parts; safety checks; man hours; travel; and administration in relation to all automatic door systems within the University.
