Tender description
EA TENDER 70004 FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES TO DEFEND PUBLIC LIABILITY AND EMPLOYER LIABILITY CLAIMS for the period 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2018 with option to extend for a further 12 months The Education Authority intends to appoint a panel of four (4) firms of solicitors to act on its behalf as well as, where appropriate, LibrariesNI and the Trustees/Authority of Governors of a Catholic Maintained School as and when required in the defence of personal injury claims initiated in both the County Court and High Court. This panel will supplement the work of its own “in house” solicitors, the Education Authority Solicitors.
