Tender description
The University is tendering for the letting of a legal services contract for a period of four years plus a twelve-month extension period, subject to satisfactory performance. It is intended that a single provider will be selected to fulfill this requirement. The contract will cover the following four categories of law: • Constitutional, General and Administrative Law • Property Law (with exception of Property Law element pertaining to GBD Project (Greater Belfast Development) • Employment Law • Company Law
