Tender description

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is seeking interest from suitable and qualified organisations/businesses with good track record in carrying out the servicing and maintenance of its Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning plant systems across its sites. The contract will cover LSHTM Corporate buildings (which includes Keppel street, Tavistock place, 9 Bedford Sq, 8 Bedford Sq, 36 Gordon Sq etc.). The estimated contract value is £150k p.a. Financial assessments will be undertaken based on the value for the whole period of contract.
