arc21 is seeking the professional services of a Health and Safety Advisor experienced in providing Health and Safety audits, support on Health and Safety issues that may arise from time to time and to assist the Authority in formulating policies and procedures to ensure it complies with the regulations and other related aspects of Health and Safety. arc21 is an incorporated Joint Committee established pursuant to the Local Government (constituting a Joint Committee a Body Corporate) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, comprising of 6 district and city councils in the east of Northern Ireland (namely, Antrim and Newtownabbey District Council, Ards and North Down District Council, Belfast City Council, Lisburn & Castlereagh District Council, Mid and East Antrim District Council, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council). arc21 is a waste management group in Northern Ireland.
