Tender description

Carrickfergus Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors to carry out inspections, and testings to the Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Disabled Refuge Contract for their premises within its Borough. The company will undertake routine maintenance at intervals as specified to ensure the proper working order of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and monitoring arrangements to Client properties as scheduled. Such maintenance will include all equipment from the point where the main box is connected to the fused isolator and the contents of each piece of equipment. It will also include any cleaning or replacing worn parts, making any necessary adjustments and afterwards testing the apparatus to ensure that it is in proper working order to meet regulations.
