Tender description

The University of Ulster is seeking to appoint a Facilities Services contractor to provide bundled facilities services across all four of its campuses (Jordanstown, Coleraine, Magee and Belfast,) from 1 August 2013. The services include Security, Cleaning, Car Park Management, Portering and Mailroom services. These services support the student experience which is of crucial importance, as well as the University's Commercial, Conference and Event activity as part of the portfolio of requirements. This contract covers a wide range of different stakeholders, in varied circumstances and we are seeking to invite to tender those Facilities Services providers who can demonstrate their experience, creativity and ability to deliver these services to the highest standards.
