Project _19188 – Provision of a Facilities Management Services for the Equality Commission The Equality Commission invites offers from competent tenderers to: • establish a Contract for the delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services (cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, waste management, contract management and mechanical and electrical and plant maintenance) for Equality House with a single Contractor who will be responsible for managing and delivering the specified Services in a flexible and responsive way. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded March 2015. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. The closing date for return of tenders is 3pm on Tuesday, 27 January 2015. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
