The University of Ulster has a requirement for a replacement Operator Consoles and Central Telephone Directory solution to integrate with, and handle calls relating to, both its existing Siemens Realitis DX environment and its planned Microsoft Lync environment. The scope of this procurement specifically includes the following elements: Directory Server (software only) Operator Consoles (software only) (inc search directory) Directory management application Switchboard operator application Other applicable applications Installation services Training Maintenance and support services Applicable professional services necessary to integrate the solution with existing systems including Realitis DX, Microsoft Lync and other applicable database applications.
