NIE Networks wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Provision of Design Team Services for the following potential types of projects: 1) Permanent buildings to replace a number of local incident centres (which are currently operated out of Portacabins) 2) Refurbishment of a number of NIE’s key operational office buildings 3) Design of a new build replacement office at one of our key operational locations
