PROVISION OF DESIGN SERVICES

Tender description

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is looking to establish a framework of approximately 6 providers that specialise in design services to operate for a period of 4 years. The Borough generally commissions in the region of 120 design projects per year varying in size from simple single sided documents, for example flyers and mail-outs, to complex projects in support of a borough wide campaign. This may include an individual identity within the existing brand guidelines that includes several documents or a concept covering a variety of media with the most complex being the launch of a new facility, building and sales campaign with associated materials including internal building wall art and signage. The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham does not guarantee a minimum volume of orders or any orders under this framework agreement. The tender process is subject to European Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC, Restricted Procedure and has been advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). The closing date for expressions of interest is 12 noon 1st August 2011.
