Provision of Comprehensive Lift Maintenance Services for University of Ulster

Tender description

Under the terms of the Contract, the University of Ulster (hereby referred to as the University) invites Tenderers submit Tenders for the Services. The appointment of a Lift Maintenance Service Provider will be by a process of competitive tender. University of ulster (“the university”) wishes to appoint a suitable lift contractor, who will meet the university’s requirements high standard of preventative maintenance to all of the lifts within the university’s portfolio. The maintenance contract will include for the preventative maintenance of the installations 24 hour call out cover and all repairs required to the equipment.
