Tender description
This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) from the University of Ulster primarily for the supply of technical support (including maintenance) for its existing set of IBM Cognos licences. The University also seeks prices for the purchase of additional licences which must be inclusive of all associated costs and invites tenderers to provide details (including full costs) on how the University could migrate to a new licences model. Suppliers are also invited to detail how the University could migrate some of its current Cognos8 licences set, to take fuller advantage of Cognos10 functionality
