Provision of an Occupational Health System

Tender description

Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust Occupational Health Department wish to procure a new Occupational Health System to record all the relevant departmental information and enable them to run various reports as and when required. The MEHT Occupational Health Department provides a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services to all staff within MEHT and also to a number of external organisations, providing services to approximately 12,000 employees. One of the OH Department’s objective is to provide a more efficient and streamlined service. By having an improved Occupational Health software the Department aims to have the ability to be competitive and fall in line with other Occupational Health Services providers. The Occupational Health Department is therefore looking for an Occupational Health software package that would enable better reporting and invoicing processes. The new system must also enable referencing to different spread sheets and manual records. Interested parties should note that any system offered must enable the OH Department to fully comply with the SEQOHS requirements. To register an expression of interest in this procurement, bidders must download, complete and submit a PQQ by the deadline.
