Tender description
The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is looking to procure an IT Service Management (ITSM) system. Our current ITSM solution is due for renewal in 2019. The project impacts the whole organisation and new requirements have arisen from all service areas. ICT also requires a system that can support its Agile working practices.
