Provision of Air- Conditioning System Maintenance Services

Tender description

For the purposes of this contract the all encompassing body for NITHC, NIR, Ulsterbus and Metro shall be Translink. Within approximately 40 buildings there are various air conditioning and HVAC systems which all need maintained. Translink requires a suitable contractor who can service these systems and can also offer a 24/7, 365 maintenance service in case of any system failure to all its locations in N Ireland. Translink intends to enter into a maintenance contract with one contractor. This Framework will encompass the maintenance of existing Air Conditioning Systems for Translink properties. This Framework agreement will run for a single year with an option for three further single year extensions. If the option for extension to the contract is required by the Employer the Framework prices will be inflated as per the terms of the contract. The anticipated start for this Framework will be Quarter 4 Year 2011. Dates may be subject to change.
