Tender description

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission is seeking to implement a fully integrated Purchase to Payment (P2P) System. The system must capture all non-salary related expenditure within the proposed P2P system using pre-agreed governance guidance to achieve full transparency and accountability within NIAC’s expenditure. The new system must be capable of fully integrating with the existing finance and procurement systems such as the SUN Accounting System. The NIAC wish the system to be provided as a ‘Software as a Service’. The NIAC are seeking expressions of interest from the Service Providers capable of providing the appropriate scoring, development, full integration and implementation of the system followed by ongoing support.
