Provision of a Hosted Performance & Risk Management System

Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive wishes to appoint a supplier to provide a Hosted Performance and Risk Management Software System. The new Performance and Risk Management software system will have the ability to store evidential data, calculate, produce reports, calculate horizon trends & “what if” scenarios, have a brought forward system with full security accountability, all management information will be linked either divisionally or within the organisational hierarchy, and should be hosted on the suppliers own server. Tenderers will be required to meet the minimum Selection Criteria as detailed in the tender documents, only those tenders which demonstrate they meet the selection criteria shall be assessed against the evaluation criteria as detailed in the Specification of Requirement and Tender Response Document Full details of the required services are available in the Specification of Requirement and Pricing Document available on the e-sourcingni Site.
