Tender description

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), seeks to appoint one or more Service Suppliers for the implementation of the year 2 (FY 17-18) Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund activity in Mexico entitled “Financial Services”. The Service Supplier(s) will deliver i) a roadmap for implementation of Open Banking Standard to drive financial inclusion in Mexico and ii) strategy development to support the transition to a low-carbon economy through greater capital flows for sustainable projects. The implementation of these activities will also open commercial opportunities for international business, including identification of potential areas for UK private sector engagement.
