Project 5530 - DEL- Management and Delivery of the Entry to Management Programme

Tender description

The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) wish to appoint a suitable qualified Service Provider to undertake the management and delivery of the Entry to Management Programme. The programme is aimed at developing the management capabilities of graduates entering management positions for the first time, in order to boost the performance in NI Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Social Economy Enterprises. The programme provides valuable development for the participants, and an opportunity to kick-start a graduate level career in management. Through development of its participants, the programme will make a key contribution in enhancing the management capability and competitiveness of Northern Ireland industry – assisting them to achieve their corporate business objectives.
