Professional Services - Organisational And People Development Framework

Tender description

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight (IOW) STP System, together with all Primary Care Networks and practices within the region, will appoint a Framework of providers for a range of Professional Consultancy services under the various Lots herein. The Framework will provide a compliant route to market to procure a range of Professional Services including but not limited to: o Developing Organisations from Board to Floor o Providing support at Executive and Non Executive level o Providing expert support The framework agreement provides for a range of free of charge, added-value services, that may include but are not limited to: • Market knowledge • Experienced suppliers • Specialist knowledge In addition, many of the Service Providers will offer a range of fixed-price standard services in a number of lots. The framework has been structured to incorporate six lots, which are: Lot 1 Board Development Lot 2 Organisational Development Lot 3 Learning Development Lot 4 Executive Coaching Lot 5 Non Executive-Coaching Lot 6 HR Mediators /Investigators Suppliers can bid in one or more Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently of the others, based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender for each. The evaluation methodology is outlined later in this ITT.
