Professional Services Framework Agreement The Foreign & Commonwealth Office has estate property around the world (including the United Kingdom) in approximately 200 different locations. The management of the estate includes the construction, redevelopment, upgrading and refurbishment of new and existing buildings. The estate comprises embassies & high commissions (anything from a stand-alone building to a fitted-out leased office in a high-rise building), visa offices and residential buildings for diplomats. Projects can range from £10,000 to multi-million pounds in value. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office has a requirement for a range of estate professional services under Framework Agreements to support the delivery of property related projects on a worldwide basis. These Framework Agreements will be for a period of up to four years from the start date. The start date will be notified in the framework tender documents. Call-offs for specific projects which commence within the framework period may extend beyond the expiry of the Framework Agreement. There are 6 lots: 1) Architectutal & Lead Design Services, 2) Building Services Design, 3) Structural & Civil Engineering and Seismic Design, 4) Building Surveying and Inspection Services, 5) Cost Management / Quantity Surveying Services and 6) Project Management Services. Suppliers may apply for one or more lots. Suppliers MUST complete the "complete me first" pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) along with the corresponding PQQ for the lot(s) applied for. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the tender process.
