The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Housing Management is looking to appoint the services of two multi-disciplinary construction services professional firms to assist with the management of the external improvement works required at Adair & Hazelwood Towers The contract is divided into three Lots as stated below; Lot 1 – Principal Designer and Clerk of Works Lot 2 – Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, Project Planner and Design Services A single professional service firm will be appointed onto each lot.
