Tender description

The NHS Leadership Academy invites proposals from providers of research and evaluation (R&E) services to be included on its Framework Agreement. It is the NHS Leadership Academy's intention that a significant proportion of its R&E requirements will be carried out by suppliers within the Framework Agreement. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to commission work outside of this list. The R&E needs of the NHS Leadership Academy are many, varied and change rapidly. We are looking for providers of research and evaluation to support our current and future programmes. The Framework Agreement must include, as a minimum, organisations able to provide the following services (please note that individual organisations need only be able to supply one or more of these or similar services to apply to be part of the Framework Agreement): • Collection of case studies and/or leadership stories • Data analysis and statistics (including expertise in analysis of NHS data) • A (wide) variety of research and evaluation services • Health economic analysis • Horizon scanning • Literature reviewing • Market research • Performance monitoring (theory, concepts and practice) • R&E consultancy/advice/support with publishing academic papers • Scoping exercises • Social research The NHS Leadership Academy is particularly interested in organisations who can demonstrate relevant topic knowledge e.g. leadership development, talent management, evaluation of national learning and development programmes (re: quality, impact and value for money /return on investment) as well as the research and evaluation skills listed above - although this is not essential to be appointed to the Framework Agreement.
